Antilles Freight Corporation was incorporated on June 24, 1988. The Directors and Shareholders of the Company are as follows: Mr. Ed Lopez - President Mr. Joseph Rhoden - Executive Vice President and Secretary The Company's primary business is Freight Consolidation, offering services to a number of destinations in the Caribbean and currently has a staff of 33 employees. Since our inception, we have been offering our customers a personalized approach and a completely computerized range of services starting from our warehouse with full inventory control, which enables us to provide up to the minute cargo status. In addition to being a Customs Bonded warehouse and Container Freight Station, we provide the following ancilliary services: local trucking for bonded and domestic cargo in Miami, Port Everglades and West Palm Beach, packing, crating, customs and export documentation, distribution and segregation of freight. Antilles Freight Corporation operates a 55,000 square feet warehouse located within easy access to all major roads and expressways, the Port of Miami and Miami International Airport. The directors are personally involved in the day to day activities of the Company in the areas of operations, administration and business development and each one has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the industry.
